Directions: To begin, shower as you normally would. After cleansing open the jar of Body Polish. Focus your mind on the chakra that goes with the chakra body polish you've chosen to work with. Open the jar and take three deep breaths of the body polish. Imagine a spinning wheel in your mind's eye/imagination. Step into the wheel and onto a giant lotus flower.
Imagine yourself standing alone on a giant lotus flower in the middle of a small still lake. Breathe in the peace. You are surrounded by beautiful mountains illuminated only by stars and the crescent moon. Give yourself permission to experience your full radiant Divine self. When you feel fully connected to yourself, open your eyes, take a handful of polish and begin to gently scrub your body all the while saying; I release all that is unlike love and all does not serve the truth of who I am. I am a powerful & magnificent being. Do this from head to toe. Applying this to hair will make it greasy so dab a bit of it on the crown of your head. The purpose is to let go of all that does not serve you, any blockages that get in the way of your health, or seeing the beauty that you truly are.
After using the body polish, lovingly touch every part of your body. Tell each body part that you love it, and thank it for the gifts it provides you with. Send love to every cell in your body. You may want to create an affirmation for the day like: I am free to be a powerful presence in my world.
If you find it difficult to talk to your body in this way, imagine yourself as a little boy or girl who is needing to be loved. Make a game of it. When I first did this I found myself unable to hold back the tears. A part of me really needed to be acknowledged and loved.
I believe we are here to grow beyond our limitations by releasing our ancestral and personal patterns that hold us back from being the truth of we are.
